Living the Narrative: Blue Heron Elite Unveils Two Custom Architectural Works

Two new Homes. One immersive evening. A bold vision for the future of luxury living.

On the evening of March 27, 2025, guests ascended to Ascaya, the exclusive, luxury community overlooking the Las Vegas Valley, for Design in Motion, a private event hosted by Blue Heron Elite. The occasion marked the highly anticipated unveiling of two new Blue Heron Elite Custom Luminary Homes, each opened for an exclusive first look.

Design in Motion: Where Vision Takes Form

Conceived by Blue Heron Elite as a fully immersive experience, the event brought together design, automotive innovation, fashion, food, and fine spirits in a curated evening. It was co-hosted with IS Luxury Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty with every detail crafted to reflect the design-forward ethos of the Blue Heron brand.

Immersive by Design

Guests began the evening by touring each of the newly completed homes, where they experienced architectural details. The Homes were staged not simply for viewing, but for feeling—music, lighting, and scent blended to create an atmospheric sense of place.

Outside, the latest McLaren sports cars lined the driveways, their presence emphasizing the event’s theme of performance and precision. A Pagani pop-up from O’Gara Las Vegas added another layer of automotive craftsmanship.

Style, Spirits, and the Art of Gathering

Inside Egress, a private Yves Saint Laurent shopping salon allowed guests to browse and purchase curated pieces in an intimate setting. Celebrated fashion illustrator Schin Loong was also on hand, sketching live, custom portraits for attendees—a personal touch in an otherwise high-concept environment.

Crafted for the Palate

Culinary offerings were led by James Beard Award-winning chef Luciano Pellegrini in collaboration with Tamba, who together presented a range of seasonal small plates. A full bar kept the atmosphere lively, but many guests gravitated toward the guided spirit tastings. McCallan Whisky offered pours and education on the heritage of Scotch whisky—the missing “e” in “whisky” signifying its Scottish origin—while Flecha Azul tequila provided premium tastings that highlighted the brand’s artisanal process.

A Symphony of Space and Sound

Music punctuated the evening in distinct zones. In the Arise residence, Chilliest Dayton Fernandez delivered a mellow live set that complemented the serene design and open air flow. Later, guests exited to a more energized soundscape from DJ Lee Orchard, official DJ of the Vegas Golden Knights, spinning from the patio.

More Than a Home

Design in Motion offered more than an evening of luxury—it offered a narrative. Through architecture, movement, taste, and sound, Blue Heron Elite told a story about how homes are no longer just places to live, but environments to experience. For the guests in attendance, the night provided not just a first look at two remarkable properties, but a rare glimpse into the future of luxury living.
