  • Accounts Payable Administrator

    The AP administrator is responsible for providing timely, relevant, and accurate financial information as well as safeguarding company assets with specific attention to cash. This includes the timely entry and accurate payment of open, aging invoices and application against commitments and the maintenance of company open aging payables, holds, credits and contract reductions. The Accounts Payable Administrator reports to the AP Supervisor.

    Responsibilities:
    • Accurately review, code and process invoices in Sage 300 CRE both manually and electronically.
    • Enter and route invoices for approval through Sage Paperless in a timely manner.
    • Ensure proper job costing of invoices and payments where applicable.
    • Prepare appropriate supporting documentation for check cycle and ensure vendors are paid within agreed upon terms.
    • Notify and obtain required lien releases from vendors and set up and maintain vendor 1099 and insurance information.
    • Assist in saving and electronically filing digital documentation as required including recording of electronic payments.
    • Review invoices in AP mail in-box and address any pressing items, queries, check requests, expense report reimbursement, statement research, payment history, and any other requests as needed.
    • Assist with end-of month closing audit and accruals.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • Communities Construction Manager

    Oversees the daily management, coordination, supervision and successful completion of projects within Blue Heron’s Community division.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Must have 5-10 years as a lead construction manager.
    • The ability to manage 6-8 Community home projects at once.
    • Must have the ability to schedule, complete daily logs, and have good computer skills.

  • Civil Engineer

    The Civil Engineer is the leader for all Civil Engineering and Design. Responsible for effective, high quality, and timely delivery of multiple high-end residential production and custom projects from conception through to completion. This includes the complete leadership, management, and coordination of all internal and external design and engineering professionals to develop innovative designs, meet expectations and budgets, and produce high-quality design and construction deliverables in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

  • Financial Analyst
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for all financial and operational forecasting and financial analysis
    • Provide ad hoc analysis for both operational and financial departments, including but not limited to long-term strategic planning and resource allocation
    • Consolidate and analyze the budget, work closely with organizational units to ensure their capital budgets are developed in an accurate manner, and oversee the forecasting process to ensure variances are identified, documented, and explained.

    Blue Heron is seeking a full-time Furnishings Design Assistant to join our growing Design-Led Development firm. The Furnishings Interior Design Assistant will assist in all aspects of the interior design process, including client relationship management, the creation of a comprehensive interior design concept, and coordinating the intended design vision between Architecture, Purchasing and Construction Teams.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in all tasks related to the creation of aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, including space planning, material and finish specifications, overall color palette, and the coordination of architectural elements with interior spaces.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of all documentation related to the design process, such as interior elevation drawings, floorplans, finish schedules, specification manuals, and technical drawings.
    • Incorporate all the Blue Heron interior design standards, details, keynotes, updates and support best practices development and documentation.
    • Routine and consistent use of project/time managements, production and design software including SketchUp, Bluebeam and Procore.

    The Interior Designer, BH Lifestyles, is an experienced Interior Designer responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Interior Design process.   • Landscape Design Manager
