    Day-to-day work may vary, but the Digital Marketing Specialist will focus the bulk of their work around:

    Website Management:
    • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics.
    Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.
    • Conduct keyword research to guide the team.
    • Working with the team to elevate our content marketing strategy, focusing on the blog, email marketing, and off-page optimization (link building) projects.

  • Estimator

    Blue Heron is seeking a full-time Estimator to join our growing Custom Home Design/Build firm in Las Vegas, Nevada.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A college degree in a Construction related field is ideal. An equivalent number of years of experience will also satisfy the education requirement.
    • Should have 3-5 years of commercial and/or high-end residential experience.
    • Good communication and strong teamwork skills are necessary.
    Responsibilities:
    • Generate the project budget and control that cost through design changes and value engineering
    • Prepare cost estimates for construction projects and/or services by analyzing blueprints and other contract documents
    • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work. Provide ongoing estimating support to the Design Team during Design Development.
    • Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.

  • Interior Designer

    Blue Heron is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our growing Custom Home Design/Build firm. 

    Be a member of a highly collaborative, fast-paced studio styled team of interior designers and architects in a multi-discipline environment. Involvement in all phases of highly technical residential projects from programming, schematic design, detailed design, and construction administration.  The position requires a high level of commitment to teamwork and collaboration. As a member of our team, travel may be required in support of your project activities, and our key Target Market Segments.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize project workload and time sensitive tasks

  • Interior Designer – Furnishings

    The Interior Designer – Furnishings is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Furnishings Interior Design process, including client relationship management, the creation of a comprehensive Interior Furnishings Design concept, and coordinating the intended design vision between Architecture and Interior Design Teams.  The IDF will Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including the assessment of client needs and wants, presenting Furnishings Design Concepts that satisfy the client’s aesthetic preferences, specifying Furnishings, Fixtures, Art, Accessories and specialty treatments based on the client’s budgetary requirements, and adhering to project timelines.

    • Be present for delivery and install to ensure all items are handled with utmost care, client’s home is protected from possible damage and all packing materials are removed from home
    • Oversee and direct placement and installation of all furnishings, art, and accessories
    • Advocate routine and consistent use of project management, production and design software including, Studio Designer 2.0, Sketch Up, Bluebeam and Procore within the Furnishings Division interior design staff supporting Blue Heron company mission and goals.

  • Project Coordinator – Furnishings

    Blue Heron is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator (for Furnishings) to join our growing Custom Home Design/Build firm. 

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with team through project design development aligned with scope, cost, design hours forecasting and schedules.
    • Responsible for regular communications with Client on project status, issues and accounting related tasks and information.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of invoicing, PO’s, lead times, budget, cost, design hours forecast and schedule.  Working with the Project Interior Designer for the tracking of the project design hours and schedule, with the use of the work plan/task list.
    • Ensure all project documentation, contracts, invoices, etc. are established and maintained.
    • Track and report client leads and referrals.
    • Onboard all new clients and new vendors into Design Manager Software Program.
    • Work closely with internal team and client to successfully deliver Furnishing’s design projects with Clients happy about their product, cost, and schedule outcomes.
