As Sales Counselor for the BH Elite division, Yvette Tirado brings over 20 years of real estate experience and a passion for helping people find their perfect Home. At Blue Heron, Yvette is dedicated to introducing the brand’s extraordinary portfolio to prospective buyers and building relationships with clients throughout the Home building journey to ensure they have an amazing Blue Heron experience.
A California native, Yvette relocated to Las Vegas in 2001 and developed an interest in real estate when she started looking at model homes. Through her extensive career, she has been a realtor for both new homes and general real estate, working with various home builders throughout the Las Vegas area, including Woodside Homes and Beazer. Most recently, she was a sales consultant at luxury residential developer and home builder Christopher Homes.
In her downtime, Yvette enjoys touring old houses that are known to be haunted and loves spending time with her high-maintenance Shih Tzu, Bentley.
