Tyler Fleming

Never satisfied with the status quo, Tyler Fleming has a lifelong career in construction and real estate, and serves as Sales Counselor at Blue Heron. Helping clients locate, design, and build their dream Home, Tyler remains dedicated to bringing them through the entire build experience from the moment paperwork is signed to the day he delivers the keys.

Driven by the cutting-edge design, culture, and team environment at Blue Heron, Tyler has worked various jobs in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional verticals progressing from the field as an electrician, to project manager, financial manager, and estimator. He has worked at notable companies including Toll Brothers, American West Homes, Richmond American Homes, and KB Home. His experience also includes serving as a CFO and COO at The Northern Group, Inc.

A lifelong learner with a bachelor’s degree in business from Colorado Christian University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University, Tyler has held adjunct faculty positions at University of Phoenix and other schools, as well as acted as a trainer in multiple corporate settings.
