With over 15 years of construction experience, Traci Lucas serves as Corporate Controller, handling accounting, finance, accounts payable and receivable, and project accounting. In her role at Blue Heron, Traci loves working with a team of extraordinarily talented people who come together to innovate and bring beautiful ideas to life.
Previously, Traci worked in many capacities in construction and real estate development accounting and finance, with a focus on building and renovating casinos, hotels, bars, restaurants, and concert venues. She has worked as the corporate development controller for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, director, capital project accounting and reporting for Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and manager of construction finance at Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
Originally from the beaches of eastern Long Island in New York (and a true Mets baseball fan), Traci graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from State University of New York at Albany. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1997 and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, DIYing, and spending quality time with her three dogs and son, Justin.
