Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, he has managed the design and delivery of more than 10,000 homes across 14 states, including multi-family communities, custom estates, and luxury townhomes.
Steve’s depth of field experience spans all phases of construction, from site development and structural systems to finish detailing and client delivery. His approach reflects Blue Heron’s commitment to being disciplined in practice and entirely accountable, ensuring precision, quality, and consistency at every stage of the build.
