As Blue Heron’s Chief Talent Officer, Maureen Hascher provides strategic oversight to all facets of the employee experience, including talent attraction, engagement, development, total rewards, and retention. She also serves on Blue Heron’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Maureen is the former Head of Talent Operations for ActionLink, providing brand representation for reputable organizations such as Sony, Bose, Samsung, Dyson, and Intel. Overseeing ActionLink people operations through rapid growth in revenue and organizational headcount, Maureen also provided leadership through the entire employee lifecycle for teams throughout the U. S. and Canada.
Earning her master’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh University, Maureen pays her education forward by serving as Adjunct Faculty for SNHU. In addition, she helped develop the Employee Experience course for their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. Maureen is also SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
In her spare time, you can find Maureen running or enjoying all the delicious varieties of cuisine throughout Las Vegas. She completed the Boston Marathon in 2021 and has also been a co-driver for the Rally America race series.
