Committed to delivering exceptional communities, Kevin Goldner serves as the Director of Construction of the BH Nexus division. Kevin oversees all construction teams for Blue Heron communities, providing quality products that exceed our clients’ expectations.
Kevin brings over 40 years of construction expertise to Blue Heron, including completing a residential community of 98 homes with revenues of $40 million in nine months and owning a framing and general contractor license for 20 years. He’s managed operations ranging from small commercial buildings, medium and large office spaces, big-box buildings, and eventually luxury residential buildings.
The opportunity to build the impossible is what drives Kevin and what he loves most about Blue Heron. In his free time, Kevin is an avid bowler and has achieved seven perfect games with a score of 300. He’s even bowled at the professional level, attending tournaments all over the country.
