As President of Design-Build, Jeff Meads directs Blue Heron’s integrated design and construction operations, ensuring precision, collaboration, and accountability from vision to realization. A third-generation home builder, Jeff brings a deep understanding of both craftsmanship and scale, refined through decades of leadership across dynamic markets in Nevada, Southern California, and Utah.
Before joining Blue Heron in 2023, Jeff held key leadership roles with Goldman Sachs, Berkshire Hathaway, and other nationally recognized firms within the homebuilding industry, where he advanced operational excellence and financial performance across complex organizations.
