As Blue Heron’s Chief Client Experience Officer & President Atelier, Hedy Woodrow oversees every stage of the client journey—from the first conversation to the final reveal and beyond. Her role is to ensure each Blue Heron experience is as seamless, personal, and inspiring as the Homes themselves. A member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Hedy leads the firm’s efforts in creating white-glove service protocols, proactive communication strategies, and elevated personalization throughout the design-build process.

Hedy brings over 25 years of leadership experience in five-star luxury hospitality, including executive roles at Wynn Resorts, where she helped shape some of the most iconic guest experiences in the industry. Her work is driven by a belief that true luxury is defined not only by aesthetics but by how clients feel—heard, understood, and exceptionally cared for.

Blending a deep understanding of service culture with Blue Heron’s design-forward vision, Hedy continues to raise the bar for client satisfaction and emotional resonance in the luxury home space.

Outside the office, Hedy finds joy in traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, and sharing her hospitality expertise as a mentor to the next generation of service professionals.
