Dave Kerpen
Serving as Vice President of Operations, BH Nexus, Dean Emery brings over 30 years of construction management experience to Blue Heron, where he oversees forward planning, entitlements, and purchasing for projects. With an understanding of Blue Heron’s culture and product, Dean has vast experience in multiple aspects of the construction and interior design process with an ability to build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, coworkers, and city officials.
Prior to working at Blue Heron, Dean spent several years at luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers in various capacities, including division assistant vice president, senior and project manager, and construction manager. He was responsible for operations, construction, profit and loss, and new product design and community development for the Las Vegas division.
