Generous paid time off to help recharge your superpowers
We greatly value fostering a healthy work-life balance for all our employees. To ensure this, we offer generous paid time off. We start with 15 days per year and increase from there.
Eleven paid holidays to reconnect with loved ones
Alongside our generous paid time off, we provide an additional 11 paid holidays for you to enjoy and spend quality time with your family and friends. This includes one floating holiday to use on a day of your choosing.
