As CEO of Isagenix, Kevin guided the company through a period of extraordinary growth, increasing revenue from $300 million to $925 million while tripling EBITDA in just three and a half years. He brings extensive experience across direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and retail channels, along with a strong background in acquisitions, integrations and international market expansion.
Before becoming CEO of Blue Heron, Kevin served as a Partner at CEO Coaching International, where he advised growth-oriented founders and executive teams on strategy, leadership, organizational alignment and execution. His work helped companies accelerate growth while building the systems, accountability and operational discipline necessary for long-term success.
Kevin’s connection to Blue Heron began well before stepping into the CEO role. As a strategic advisor and executive coach to the company for more than three years, he worked closely with the leadership team to help shape strategy, strengthen organizational alignment and support the company’s continued evolution.
