Passionate about educating prospective Blue Heron Home buyers on the who, what, and why of our unique design philosophy, Dawn Riddle serves as Sales Counselor at Lake Las Vegas. She loves having the opportunity to demonstrate the Blue Heron experience by touring Show Homes, and educating clients on the design, interior, and technology options we offer.
An experienced sales consultant with several years in the local Las Vegas real estate industry, Dawn previously worked as a realtor at Crown Point Realty, a Henderson-based real estate brokerage. Prior to that, she was a new home sales professional at Concordia Homes of Nevada and Rhodes Homes.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Dawn graduated from Arizona State University, where she studied business administration and management.
