Desert Modern Living
Extraordinary by Design
Now Coming to St. George
For more than two decades, Blue Heron has brought a distinctive vision to modern living: architecturally significant homes, thoughtfully integrated interiors, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Now, we’re bringing that vision to St. George with Vela, a new Blue Heron community at Solenté.
We’re excited to introduce Southern Utah to a home experience shaped by design, guided by one integrated team, and grounded in the way you want to live. Join the Vela interest list for first access to our Founders Pricing program.
The Blue Heron Difference
A Distinctive Vision. A Remarkable Way to Live.
Blue Heron brings architecture, interior design, and construction together under a single vision. The result is a more considered home, where the spaces you move through, the materials you touch, and the views you return to all work together.
At Vela, that approach finds a new expression in Southern Utah. Our vision pairs warm, modern architecture with places to gather, space to recharge, and an effortless relationship between life indoors and out.
More than two decades of design-led homes that elevate everyday living.
Architecture, interiors, and construction brought together by Blue Heron.
Light, landscape, and indoor-outdoor living at the heart of the home.
Just 36 homesites within a private, double-gated enclave at Solenté,
THE SOLENTÉ SETTING
A Broader Vision for Everyday Living
Vela is part of Solenté, a master-planned setting that brings a shared vision for design and connection to Southern Utah’s high desert.
At the heart of that vision is La Parea Club, conceived as a place for wellness, recreation, and gathering. Paired with the region’s outdoor possibilities, it creates a setting where life can extend well beyond home.
Solenté amenities are planned. Timing, membership, access, and any associated fees remain subject to confirmation.
SOUTHERN UTAH, AT YOUR OWN PACE
A Different Kind of Everyday
A morning on the trail. An afternoon exploring the region’s dramatic scenery. An evening that gives you a reason to linger outside.
St. George offers a setting for both adventure and a slower pace. At Vela, the landscape becomes part of the story of home, inviting you to make more of the place you live.
