Serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Rod Streets is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and corporate compliance. His career spans more than 22 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.
Dedicated to working with executive management to establish long-range goals and strategies, Rod loves being surrounded by the passionate employees at Blue Heron who are committed to excellence and live the daily ethos that the impossible is possible.
Prior to joining Blue Heron, Rod served as CFO at Mr. Crane, the West Coast’s premier provider of operated cranes and rigging solutions. Before that, he served as VP of Finance at Yesco, North America’s largest fully integrated custom designer and manufacturer of illuminated digital signs. Earlier in his career, Rod held positions in economic consulting, local government finance, and public accounting.
Rod holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional. In addition to his career accomplishments, Rod is an Ironman athlete who has competed in 25 triathlon races and has day-hiked the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim-to-rim and back in 22 hours.
