Jessie Duran

With over 25 years of experience as a real estate broker for several leading homebuilders in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Jessie Duran is the Director of Sales at Blue Heron, where she oversees the corporate sales strategy while maintaining a client-centric process to achieve revenue goals.

Committed to partnering strategically with internal departments to create a seamless home buying experience, Jessie began her career as a salesperson at Lewis Homes of Nevada. When they merged with KB Home in 1999, she took on the role of sales director, and later worked in the same capacity at Pardee Homes. In 2010, Jessie received her broker license and continued her career at Meritage Homes as a corporate broker. She has also worked intermittently in medical sales.  

Jessie received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2001, and is a Six Sigma Certified professional. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
