Responsible for strategic marketing oversight, Jessica Mandroc serves as the Director of Marketing at Blue Heron. Her decade plus of experience allows her to develop and implement a high-producing marketing roadmap.
Prior to joining Blue Heron in 2019, Jessica was the director of marketing at PrimePay, a payroll service and human capital management provider. She led their marketing team to multiple awards from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) and was a key leader in launching the company’s first philanthropic initiative.
Throughout her career, Jessica has focused on working with brands to turn their missions into action through data, market research, strong content, and impactful visual elements.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
